I worked alongside numerous community members to increase traffic safety in District 1. We have added stop signs and all way stops at many intersections. In October of 2019 we successfully updated city policy and gained approval to use speed cushions on City streets. District 1 was the first district to complete the process and have a speed cushion installed. We will continue to prioritize traffic safety in our district.
